Aaron E. Leviten is Of Counsel at Resnick & Louis, P.C., where he brings more than two decades of experience in insurance defense litigation and in-house counsel leadership. His practice focuses on the defense of complex bodily injury, premises liability, construction, and multi-line insurance matters, with extensive experience handling high-exposure claims through trial, mediation, and resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Leviten served in senior and managing attorney roles for several major insurance carriers, including USAA, Progressive Insurance, Infinity Insurance, and Mercury Insurance. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for first-chair trial work, litigation strategy, claims analysis, and risk assessment, as well as mentoring attorneys and managing litigation teams across Florida. His background includes both in-house counsel leadership and private practice, giving him a practical, business-minded approach to litigation.
Mr. Leviten earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. He is a published author in The Florida Bar Journal and has served as an adjunct professor and continuing education instructor on civil procedure and insurance-related topics.
