Aaron Henry is Of Counsel at the Jacksonville office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. With extensive experience in litigation, Aaron has also served as in-house counsel for a national property restoration company and a commercial insurer. Currently, Aaron focuses on representing general contractors and subcontractors in complex commercial litigation.
Aaron has a wealth of experience conducting investigations on behalf of insurance carriers, advising senior leaders on enterprise risk management, and litigating construction defect matters. Before rejoining Resnick & Louis, Aaron served as lead counsel for over fifty corporately owned franchises, assisting them in all areas of their construction operations. He also investigated and settled complex trucking liability cases for a national commercial insurance carrier. Earlier in his career, Aaron worked at Resnick & Louis, litigating construction defect claims. Additionally, he has tried thirty cases to jury verdict as first-chair while serving as a criminal prosecutor.
Aaron holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree in Business Law from Florida State University School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the nationally acclaimed Florida Coastal School of Law Moot Court Honor Board. Before pursuing a legal career, Aaron served as an active-duty member of the United States Air Force.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys traveling with his wife and daughters. He is an avid sports fan, especially of college football, and also enjoys watching TV series.
Aaron is licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
