Alex Touboul is a Partner in the Denver office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and practices in all areas of insurance defense, with a specific focus on construction defect, professional liability, and commercial litigation. Additionally, Alex has significant experience in products liability defense, automobile liability, premises liability, bodily injury defense, and personal injury. He has represented a wide variety of clients, ranging from subcontractors, designers, engineers, and architects to general contractors, developers and property owners. He has represented clients in a wide range of cases, ranging from single family residential construction disputes to defending national construction contractors from defect allegations relating to multi-million dollar development projects.
Alex uses his experience and insight to ensure he is an effective litigator and counselor. He is dedicated to prompt and effective communication, thorough evaluation and analysis of all aspects of his cases, and works with his clients to custom tailor successful resolution of all claims to best suit the needs of the case. His experience representing Plaintiffs, Defendants and Third-Party Defendants gives him insight into the perspective of all parties to a lawsuit, enabling him to effectively resolve complicated suits involving numerous parties and a variety of claims. When cases cannot reach an amicable resolution, Alex will take the steps necessary to ensure that his client has the greatest opportunity for success if and when a case goes to trial.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, P.C., Alex served as counsel for both Plaintiffs and Defendants on cases ranging in value from $10,000.00 through $125,000,000.00, focusing primarily on construction related litigation.
Alex received his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Alex is licensed to practice law in the states of Colorado and California and in the Central District of Colorado.
