Amanda Mack is an Associate at Resnick & Louis, P.C., where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and insurance-related matters. She brings significant experience representing employers and carriers in high-stakes federal litigation, with a background handling cases involving serious personal injury, cumulative trauma, and medically intensive claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mack served as a Team Lead Attorney and Associate Attorney in nationally focused litigation practices, where she managed high-volume, complex dockets and regularly appeared before Administrative Law Judges. Her experience includes directing discovery strategy, conducting and defending numerous depositions, drafting dispositive motions and trial briefs, and negotiating resolutions on behalf of insurer and employer clients. She is known for her strategic, detail-oriented approach and her ability to evaluate medical evidence and litigation risk.
Ms. Mack earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is admitted to practice in California and is experienced in federal administrative litigation and settlement advocacy.
