Amorette C. Rinkleib is a seasoned civil litigator whose practice focuses on construction defect litigation, complex casualty matters, professional liability, and bad faith defense throughout Arizona. She has experience representing developers, large national homebuilders, custom luxury builders, general contractors, subcontractors, property owners, and insurers in high-exposure litigation involving residential and commercial construction projects, bodily injury claims, and coverage disputes.
Known for her practical and strategic approach to litigation, Amorette works closely with clients to evaluate exposure early, develop efficient defense strategies, and position matters for resolution through motion practice, mediation, or trial when appropriate. She has substantial experience managing complex, multi-party litigation and has litigated matters throughout Arizona in both state and federal courts, as well as private arbitrations.
Before transitioning to defense litigation, Amorette practiced in federal court as a plaintiffs’ attorney, an experience that provides her with valuable insight into plaintiff strategy and case valuation. She now leverages that perspective to anticipate opposing counsel’s approach and develop effective defense themes for her clients.
In 2024, Amorette earned the Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) designation through the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). She was also selected to the Southwest Rising Stars list in 2025 and 2026 in recognition of her work in construction litigation.
Beyond her professional life, Amorette is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Phoenix. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, which includes traveling to Formula 1 races, supporting local restaurants, skiing, and playing pickleball.
Amorette is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Washington, and the United States District Court for Arizona, the Western District of Washington, the Eastern District of Washington, the District of Colorado, the Eastern District of Michigan, the District of New Mexico, and the District of North Dakota.
