Andrew Diaz is an Associate Attorney in the Arizona and California office of Resnick & Louis, P.C., where his practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, representing clients through all phases of complex civil litigation.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Andrew practiced with several prominent California defense firms, where he defended clients in a broad range of matters involving premises liability, professional negligence, breach of contract, construction defect, and other complex civil disputes.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 20% of his class. Prior to graduating from law school, he served as an Associate Editor and authored a published article for the Golden Gate University Law Review Journal.
Andrew is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona.
