Ariadne Giannis is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. Her practice focuses on the commercial defense of entities and individuals in high profile, enhanced exposure litigation. She excels in handling matters with compound causes of action, issues, and damages, including traumatic brain injury, complex regional pain syndrome, vicarious liability for sexual harassment, premises liability involving uninhabitability claims, multi-tortfeasor liability with express indemnity issues, and large loss subrogation arising from property damage.
Having previously litigated on behalf of plaintiffs, Ariadne brings her personal knowledge of the methods and tactics used by the plaintiffs’ bar to zealously advocate for clients in defending personal injury actions. She has been personally selected by senior insurance adjusters to evaluate cases on an “eve of trial” basis and serve as trial counsel. Ariadne’s work product has also been featured as learning material for attorney development and insurance claims seminars.
Ariadne received her B.A. in Communications, cum laude, from Florida State University in 2010. She went on to earn her J.D. from Loyola Law School, in 2013, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association and Graduation Commencement Speaker.
In her free time, Ariadne enjoys attending live music and playing with her dogs.
