Benedict “Ben” Hoffman is a seasoned trial attorney licensed to practice law in both Texas and Florida, with nearly two decades of comprehensive litigation experience across public service and private practice. He was previously Assistant Attorney General with the Texas Office of the Attorney General, where he represented the Texas Department of Transportation and its employees in complex tort litigation statewide.
Mr. Hoffman’s career reflects extensive experience in trial and appellate advocacy, having managed diverse caseloads encompassing personal injury, commercial liability, premises liability, construction defect, and breach of contract matters. His background includes distinguished service as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, as well as substantial tenure in insurance defense with major carriers including Nationwide and Progressive. In these roles, he has handled all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and discovery through mediation, trial, and appeal.
Mr. Hoffman earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, and his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University.
