Brandon L. Caraway is a partner at the Pensacola office of Resnick & Louis, P.C., where he focuses on insurance defense, civil litigation, and personal injury matters. With over 15 years of experience, Brandon has a proven track record in litigation, including handling high-stakes jury trials and strategic settlements. His expertise extends to property claims, automobile negligence, and defending against a variety of tort-based actions.
Before joining Resnick & Louis, Brandon worked at a law firm where he managed civil litigation cases involving property damage, premises liability, and construction disputes. He also served as Staff Counsel for a major insurance company, where he defended clients in personal injury claims, assessed liability, and minimized legal exposure for a $30+ billion corporation. Earlier in his career, Brandon was an Assistant State Attorney for Florida’s First Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted over 35 felony jury trials and upheld high ethical standards in criminal justice.
Brandon earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and completed additional studies in International Business Transactions and European Union Law at the University of San Diego School of Law in Paris. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University.
