Brie D. Wallace is a Partner in the Denver office of Resnick & Louis, P.C., and has extensive experience in insurance coverage, insurance defense, bodily injury defense, and premises liability. From 2009 to 2024, Brie practiced law east of the Mississippi River in the great states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee, sharpening her Southern accent and developing her warm hospitality.
Prior to joining Resnick and Louis, PC, Brie primarily practiced law in Memphis, Tennessee, at a boutique insurance defense law firm that represented national insurance companies in bodily injury and premise liability claims. Brie also successfully litigated contentious divorces, child custody cases, and felony criminal law matters. For the first ten (10) years of her legal career, Brie practiced in the areas of banking, commercial law, lender liability, commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy. Specifically, Brie assisted clients in a variety of litigation and insolvency matters, including business litigation, resolutions, collections and repossessions, and loan workouts.
Prior to graduating from law school, Brie was a Notes Editor for the University of Memphis Law Review and a member of the National Mock Trial Team which participated in a national competition in Atlanta, Georgia. Brie has been a past or present member of the Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Wyoming Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Brie lives with her wife, two children, two dogs, and one irritable cat in an ever-changing, joyful state of chaos. In her very little free time, Brie enjoys watching University of South Carolina football, cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs, reading a good detective novel, snowboarding down any rocky mountain, and playing in nature with her small children (and all the shenanigans that entails).
Brie enjoys collecting state bar licenses. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Wyoming.
