Brooke Findley is an associate attorney in the Burbank office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. Brooke has focused her practice on litigation matters in the areas of construction and real estate disputes, commercial and consumer contract litigation, collection matters, HOA claims and tort cases.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Brooke worked of counsel for boutique law firms in Phoenix and Scottsdale when called upon and likewise has worked directly with high-profile Arizona attorneys including Scottsdale Mayor Lisa Borowsky and former Arizona Registrar of Contractors Israel G. Torres in their respective law firms. Much of Brooke’s work focused on litigation, representing both contractors and consumers in court, regulatory hearings, mediation and arbitration. Brooke takes great pride in assisting clients with their legal matters and when possible pro bono work. She has spent numerous hours volunteering within her local community and her children’s schools learning the ins and outs of special education laws, funding, regulations and large-scale planning during her tenure in several different leadership board positions developing many life-long friends and connections along the way. Through her experience and detail-oriented legal work, she strives to achieve the best results for her clients with skillful representation, strategic planning and collaboratively fosters trusting relationships with timely communication, initiative and perseverance.
During law school Brooke was awarded the CALI Award and Witkin Awards of Excellence in Constitutional Law I-II and International Intellectual Property, recognized on the Honor Roll, Distinguished Honor Roll and the Dean’s List and was also awarded the Wiley Manual Pro Bono Honors award for community service for assisting clients in domestic abuse situations with restraining orders and court appearances.
Brooke is a native of California’s San Fernando Valley, she is pending licensure in California and is licensed in Arizona, where lived for several years while starting her family. She spent many of her own early years on a ranch in rural Texas where she developed a life-long love of animals and passion for horses with which she still spends much of her spare time when not practicing law.
