Carl Williams is a seasoned litigator licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, and Minnesota, with more than two decades of experience representing clients in both federal and state courts. He focuses his practice on construction disputes, trust and probate litigation, labor and employment disputes, and complex commercial matters.
Over the course of his career, Carl has served as Senior Counsel, Partner, and Managing Partner at respected law firms, in addition to working as in-house counsel for a national real estate company. His experience spans breach of contract and construction defect claims, real estate disputes, commercial leasing, trade secret litigation, and employment law matters involving Title VII, ADA, FMLA, EEOC, and non-compete agreements. Carl also regularly advises corporate clients and HR executives on risk mitigation, investigations, and compliance strategies.
In addition to his private practice, Carl has held leadership roles in the Palm Beach County Bar Association and served as Chairman of the 15th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee G. A fourth-generation Palm Beach County native, he is also an honorably discharged veteran, having completed four tours of duty in the Persian Gulf.
