Carolina G. Santangelo is a Partner in the Miami office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. where she represents national clients in the South Florida region in the area of hospitality & retail defense, general liability, products liability, liquor liability, defense of asbestos-related personal injury and wrongful death claims against manufacturers of asbestos-containing products in state and federal courts. While working on these mesothelioma and asbestosis cases, she represented Cleaver Brooks, Trane/ American Standard, Ingersoll Rand and Bird Roofing. She has been responsible for managing a large caseload and participating in all aspects of litigation, including, but not limited to, pleadings, fact and expert discovery, motions, hearings, depositions, mediations and trial preparation. Before joining Resnick & Louis, Carolina worked at the Law Office of Timothy Clark in Ft. Lauderdale.
Carolina received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude, from St. Thomas University, and her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law.
Carolina is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
