Over the course of his career, Chris has achieved favorable outcomes in high-exposure cases, including the dismissal of constitutional claims against law enforcement officers, the settlement of multimillion-dollar property and casualty claims, and the defense of architects, engineers, and other professionals in complex liability matters. He is also well-versed in coverage disputes involving CGL, EPL, D&O, and professional liability policies.
Chris began his career with Wilson Elser in New York, later practicing with prominent defense firms in the Northeast and Southeast before relocating to Charlotte. His background also includes significant experience advising insurers on risk management, drafting policy endorsements, and managing nationwide professional liability claims.
