Clint graduated from Wayland Baptist University with honors, earning a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He received his doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center in 2005. Prior to his bachelor’s degree, Clint was honorably discharged from the United States air Force as a Staff Sergeant after serving 9 years active duty in fighter aircraft armament.
He has extensive litigation experience involving numerous areas of law, including: the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act; commercial leases; commercial contracts; corporate formation and governance; healthcare; products liability; insurance defense; industrial accidents; and criminal defense law. He has served as first, second, and third chair in numerous civil litigation matters and trials. His current focus is commercial litigation.
Clint is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas.
