Daniel Weis is an Associate in the Irvine office of Resick & Louis, P.C. and has extensive corporate civil litigation experience in insurance coverage, bad faith, and insurance defence, and complex construction defect matters.
He graduated from Whittier Law School with a concentration in corporate law. Driven by the desire to better serve his corporate clients and advance his understanding of tax law, he achieved an advanced law degree, LL.M. in taxation from Boston University, School of Law, a top 5 program. His clients include: insurance companies, healthcare providers, real estate developers, and small to medium-sized business owners.
