Dara R. Fairchild is a Partner in the California office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and focuses her practice on general civil litigation, insurance defense, construction defect litigation, premise liability, dog bite, auto liability and bodily injury defense. Prior to joining the firm, Dara was corporate counsel for two insurance companies. Dara also has experience representing design professionals and subcontractors on large scale construction matters.
Prior to law school, Dara was a trusted complex litigation paralegal in the insurance defense arena and as a Case Manager for several of Orange County’s most respected Mediators and Arbitrators.
In her spare time, Dara enjoys spending time with her two daughters and friends.
Dara is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
