Dario Melcon is a Senior Associate Attorney with experience defending clients in construction defect, personal injury, and first-party property matters. His practice focuses on developing practical litigation strategies, managing discovery, and preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Dario earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in May 2018, where he received a Merit Scholarship and served on the Journal of Complex Litigation as both a Sourcing Editor and Articles Editor. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology, from Florida International University (May 2015).
