David Bolen has been practicing law since 2001. He received his law degree from the University of Miami. Since 2001, David has exclusively engaged in civil litigation defense in Florida. In his career, he has tried multiple cases to verdict, been granted a summary judgment on the defense of Sovereign Immunity, won three appeals, and has achieved a defense verdict in a jury trial in a negligence action involving an injury at a construction site in Broward County, Florida.
The scope of David’s practice has included litigating actions of bad faith, premises liability, construction defects, negligent security, design defects, automobile & first party litigation, dram shop/liquor liability, trucking/transportation, insurance coverage & reinsurance.
David has handled products cases where defects at issue have included automobiles, escalators, bottles, cardboard packages, and garage doors. Clients come from a wide range of commercial businesses, national corporations, disabled care homes, and facilities for the mentally and physically impaired. David grew up in a military family and currently resides in Tampa with his son.
