Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Harriett was a Partner with a prominent insurance defense firm where her practice included personal injury defense, medical malpractice, premises liability, risk management, employment, and construction defect. design professionals, A&E, cases in both State and Federal Courts. Harriett also previously served as a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service for 11 years where she prosecuted an average of six bench trials a week.
