Heather W. Goldstein has over 20 years of extensive experience in complex commercial and civil litigation cases, defending various entities, including public entity defendants in insurance disputes, employment liability, civil rights and commercial liability.
Ms. Goldstein has also successfully litigated matters and counseled clients in matters involving employment litigation and land use approval, administrative law, and education law.
In addition, Ms. Goldstein has been a public defender for the State of New Jersey, defending parents in matters brought by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency in numerous matters brought to trial.
Ms. Goldstein was raised in New Jersey, and received her undergraduate degree at Cornell University. She received her Juris Doctorate at Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School, where she was Research Editor of the Cardozo Woman’s Law Journal.
After law school graduation, Ms. Goldstein clerked for the Honorable Charles E. Ramos, in the State of New York, Supreme Court. Ms. Goldstein then worked in New York specializing in commercial litigation before relocating to New Jersey.
