Jen is the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founding Shareholder of Resnick & Louis, P.C. She focuses her practice on bad faith defense, first party property defense, insurance appraisal issues, SIU and special coverage issues, employment defense, and professional liability. In addition to the thousands of first party property and bad faith matters she has handled, Jen has handled hundreds of EEOC, wage and labor, and unemployment matters before administrative boards. Prior to co-founding Resnick & Louis, Jen was a civil litigation attorney at a preeminent mid-size Southwest law firm, and before that was General Counsel to a 300-employee technology corporation based in Los Angeles.
Jen finished her undergraduate education in three years and her law school education in just over two years; she was one of the youngest students to have graduated from Pepperdine Law and has been practicing since she was just 23 years old.
While in law school, Jen was the Literary Citation Editor of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary and founded Pepperdine’s first animal law society. She holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, focusing on the resolution of civil cases through mediation and arbitration, from Pepperdine’s top-ranked Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Jen also holds a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Prior to her legal career, Jen worked in television production, employed at stations in Los Angeles and Phoenix.
Jen has been honored as a member of the 2024 and 2025 classes of Sun Devil 100; a recognition for Arizona State University alums with thriving businesses.
Jen is licensed to practice law in the states of Arizona and California. She is still an avid animal lover and a huge fan of the Sun Devil Football.
