John “Jack” S. Campbell is a Partner at the Albuquerque office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and his practice is concentrated in the fields of taxation and estate planning, real estate, business and commercial law, including commercial litigation. His clients have included business owners, real estate developers, investors, commercial landlords and tenants, lending institutions, commercial borrowers and individuals.
Jack regularly handles commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions, retail, office and commercial leasing for landlords and tenants, subdivision and land use matters, including the preparation of easements, covenants conditions and restrictions and real estate loan documentation. He advises clients on matters involving corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies as well as the federal and state income tax implications of a variety of commercial and business transactions. He also advises individuals in estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills and trusts.
Jack is licensed to practice law in the state of New Mexico, New Mexico Federal courts, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. Supreme Court.
