Joseph has a national trial practice defending catastrophic injury cases, with a focus on construction defect, professional liability, trucking and transportation, drowning, and product liability matters. Over the past 19 years he has practiced law in an in-house counsel role, as well as in small and large law firm settings.
He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Colorado, as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and, until recently, served on the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee.
