Julian Moore is an Associate in the Denver office of Resnick & Louis, P.C.. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Julian spent a decade litigating cases for varied clients such as: American Airlines; United Airlines, Northrop Gruman; McDonald’s and its franchisees; The Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood; Papa John’s and its franchisees; Liberty Mutual Insurance; LWP Claims Solutions; and Habitat for Humanity. While representing these entities in worker’s compensation, subrogation and employment matters, Julian excelled at finding creative solutions to resolve matters for his clients. During this time, Julian led the negotiation of complex settlements that helped minimize exposure for his clients.
Julian also has extensive experience litigating consumer warranty matters from inception to trial. During his time litigating consumer warranty matters, Julian investigated the basis for liability after the review of the design history and manufacture of the product. Julian also negotiated hundreds of settlements at mediation and mandatory settlement conferences. Julian’s experience resolving cases through alternative dispute resolution led him to the Scheinman Institute of Conflict Resolution at Cornell University. After completing its course in conflict resolution, Julian has recently become a certified mediator.
Julian has a passion for sports and especially loves coaching his son in both basketball and flag football. Julian also loves to travel, and his next big adventure will be a trip to Japan with his daughter. In his free time, Julian enjoys hiking and amateur photography with his Weimaraner/Husky, Frankie.
Julian is licensed to practice law in California and is in the process of obtaining his license in Colorado.
