Kaitlin Kidd

Kaitlin Kidd is a litigator with experience in personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, and construction defect defense. She has successfully represented clients in cases since being admitted to the Arizona State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in 2019. She has defended hospitals, healthcare professionals, automotive and products manufacturers, general contractors, and subcontractors. Ms. Secker brings a unique perspective to defending her clients, having spent time earlier in her career as a plaintiff personal injury attorney. Through her career, Kaitlin has taken more than one hundred fact witness depositions, represented clients at numerous arbitrations and mediations, successfully negotiated settlement agreements, conducted trials in justice court, drafted and argued motions, and recovered attorneys’ fees. Kaitlin was recently named to the Super Lawyers 2025 Southwest Rising Stars list, a prestigious distinction that only the top 2.5% of attorneys receive.
