Kenneth was born and raised in Austin, Texas and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin in 2000. He received his Juris Doctor from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2005.
Kenneth is a partner in the San Antonio office with two decades of civil litigation experience, including appellate advocacy. His practice has encompassed a wide range of matters, including personal injury, negligence, real estate, probate, and insurance defense.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Kenneth served as a Trial Attorney for Farmers Insurance, defending insureds in negligence and personal injury cases from intake through trial. Before that, he owned and managed The Richey Law Firm, P.C., where he served as first chair in jury and bench trials and successfully obtained multiple appellate reversals.
Kenneth is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation and insurance defense.
