Kimberly Sayre is a Partner in the Arizona office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and has extensive litigation experience in bodily injury, premises liability, dram shop and insurance defense. She is board certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in wrongful death and personal injury cases. Kimberly has tried over forty-one (41) jury trials to verdict. Her practice involves defending clients in a wide variety of personal injury claims.
Kimberly has represented clients on both sides of litigation, providing a unique insight. She has successfully argued cases in the Arizona Court of Appeals as well as the Arizona Supreme Court. Her win before the Arizona Supreme Court is a published opinion. Kimberly was an officer in the Phoenix branch of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) before moving to Tucson. During that time, Kimberly was one of only five women in the State of Arizona to be both a member of ABOTA as well as a board-certified specialist.
Kimberly graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology in 1991. She graduated from St. Thomas of Villanova Law School in Miami, Florida in 1994. She has been a speaker/presenter at numerous insurance law conferences.
