Kreshae Quao is an Associate Attorney in the Houston office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. Her practice focuses on insurance defense.
Kreshae brings wide-ranging experience managing all phases of civil litigation, including motion practice, discovery strategy, risk evaluation, and trial. At Allstate Insurance Company, she defended insureds in high-exposure personal injury matters, and advised corporate stakeholders on case valuation, settlement strategy, and liability exposure.
Conversely, Kreshae worked extensively on medical malpractice cases for plaintiffs, where she conducted in-depth reviews of medical records, evaluated expert reports, drafted petitions, attended depositions, and assessed causation and damages in highly sensitive healthcare cases. Kreshae’s experience on both the defense and plaintiff sides of litigation gives her a strategic advantage—enabling her to anticipate opposing counsel’s tactics, craft stronger case theories, and deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
In prior roles, Kreshae has served as a Contracts Manager overseeing government solicitations and corporate transactions, and as a Business Analyst, where she applied data-driven methodologies to identify operational inefficiencies and propose strategic improvements—skills she now uses to dissect complex legal issues and optimize case outcomes. Her unique background combines litigation experience with corporate business strategy, offering clients a comprehensive and business-minded approach to legal challenges.
Additionally, Kreshae has a passion for technology and is committed to modernizing legal practice through innovation and automation. She regularly works with tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and various other technologies, and is making strides to integrate AI functionality and data-driven decision-making into legal processes. She is also pursuing her Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Outside of her legal practice, she operates a SaaS venture where she develops custom solutions to modernize workflows and enhance operational efficiency across industries.
Kreshae is also a U.S. Army military veteran and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, trained in operational analysis and process improvement—skills she integrates into her legal practice to drive efficiency and strategic results. She regularly draws on her multidisciplinary training to deliver tailored solutions in dynamic and high-stakes environments.
She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is eligible to transfer her UBE score to all other UBE jurisdictions.
Outside of her legal practice, Kreshae enjoys traveling, reading, writing, spending time with family and friends, and completing hands-on DIY projects.
