Kristen is an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of Resnick & Louis P.C. She primarily handles cases involving insurance defense, but her legal experience also includes bad faith, breach of contract, personal injury, estate planning, and all aspects of family litigation.
Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Nicholls State University in Thibodeaux, Louisiana and received a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. She received her legal education from the University of North Texas-Dallas College of Law as a member of the university’s inaugural class. Kristen has tried dozens of cases in both Texas and Oklahoma and is a self-proclaimed “trial lawyer” whose motto is “every client deserves justice and if that justice must be achieved in the courtroom, so shall it be.”
Prior to becoming an attorney, Kristen spent her career as an advocate for children working as a Caseworker for Dallas Child Protective Services, and as a Caseworker Supervisor for C.A.S.A of Denton County. She has continued her passion for serving the abandoned, abused, and neglected children of Texas by serving as a board member of WAY Alliance, a non-profit organization whose goal is to provide a mentor for children aging out of the foster care system. Kristen is very passionate and has an unwavering dedication to the well-being of her clients and the community, which makes her a standout and zealous advocate in her legal practice.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys doing yoga, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her children, and dogs Coco and Cash.
Kristen is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas and Oklahoma.
