Prior to joining the firm, Kristhina served as in-house counsel for a national insurance carrier, where she managed a high-volume caseload from inception through resolution and developed litigation strategies that aligned with business objectives. She has extensive experience handling complex claims, negotiating favorable settlements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
