Kristin L. Groman is a Partner at the Albuquerque office of Resnick & Louis, PC where she focuses her practice on general civil litigation, bodily injury, trucking and transportation, construction defect, and insurance defense. Kristin has over 30 years of litigation experience. Immediately prior to joining Resnick &Louis, Kristin was a Senior Staff attorney at Hartford Insurance where her practice included personal injury in motor vehicle and premises liability cases, construction defect, major property damage and uninsured/ underinsured motorist cases.
Kristin has litigated in both California and New Mexico state and federal courts through trial and appeal. She has been defending insureds as well as representing insurance companies in coverage and first party cases since 1994.
Kristin has also completed an intensive mediation course at the University of New Mexico and has served as a voluntary mediator in both the Second and 13th Judicial Districts in New Mexico.
Kristin and her husband live near Albuquerque. They enjoy traveling, classic cars, and spending time with their kids and grandkids. They are a proud military family with members having served or actively serving the Navy, Marines and Army.
Kristin is licensed to practice law in the State of New Mexico, the United States District Court for the district of New Mexico and the State of California.
