Kyle Lawheed is a Partner at Resnick & Louis with an eclectic blend of litigation experience spanning over 10 years. During the early years of his legal career, he gained valuable experience as a plaintiff’s attorney before moving into defense work. This blend of both plaintiff and defense experience enhances his ability to resolve cases quickly to the benefit of his clients. Kyle practices a wide variety of civil matters that range in complexity, including cases involving multi-million dollar toxic tort claims and cases requiring complex medical and scientific data synthesis. He also has significant experience defending auto collision, habitability, and trip and fall cases, having settled over 100 of these type of claims in the last few years alone.
Kyle earned his law degree from Whittier School of Law in Costa Mesa, where he excelled in several courses earning the CALI Award distinction. Prior to attending law school, he earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy with cum laude honors from California State University – Fullerton.
