Leslie Harrach is a Partner in the Phoenix office of Resnick & Louis. She has more than 20 years’ experience in civil and commercial litigation. She focuses her practice on general liability, insurance defense, including personal injury, catastrophic injury, trucking liability, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, fire, electrical, and solar panel property damage, and bad faith litigation.
Ms. Harrach has extensive experience successfully representing multinational corporations, healthcare providers, long-term skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities, general contractors and sub-contractors, large and small businesses, corporations, creditors, and individuals in all phases of civil and commercial litigation in Arizona state courts and federal district, appeals, and bankruptcy courts, including courtroom and alternative dispute resolution experience. She is dedicated to developing strategies with clients to effectively and efficiently resolve their legal issues in and out of the courtroom. She has successfully resolved several multimillion dollar cases via dismissal.
Ms. Harrach received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2004, cum laude. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2001 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Molecular and Cellular Biology. During law school, Ms. Harrach externed for the Honorable Joseph E. Irenas, United States District Court, District of New Jersey; was the Research and Writing Editor, Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion; acted as Research Assistant for Professor/Dean Kimberly M. Mutcherson; consistently made the Dean’s List; was a Dean’s Scholar; and received several awards for Writing and Moot Court Best Brief and Best Oral Argument. After law school, she clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2005.
In her free time, Ms. Harrach enjoys spending time with her ever expanding family of rescue dogs and cats. She also enjoys reading, swimming, and traveling.
