Liam Q. Hoyt has nearly a decade of legal experience, with a practice focused primarily on insurance defense. He represents clients in matters involving medical and legal malpractice, automobile accidents, and construction defect litigation. Liam also has experience in automobile subrogation and in providing general counsel services to homeowner associations and community management companies.
Liam earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Utah in 2012. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2016. While in law school, he served as an editor of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and authored an article examining the exposure of tax loopholes, which was published by multiple outlets.
Outside of his practice, Liam enjoys spending time with his wife, Meaghen, and their daughter, Delaney, staying active, and cheering on the Utah Utes and Utah Jazz.
