Linda is an Attorney in the Houston office of Resnick & Louis P.C. She is a get the job done lawyer. Born into a military family, she developed the discipline, the competitiveness that has shaped her into a courtroom lawyer. After living around the world with her family, she settled in Florida where she received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida. In 1982, she moved to Houston, Texas, where she attended South Texas College of Law. She graduated in 1986 ready for the inside of a courtroom.
After graduation, Linda worked for several of Houston’s top medical malpractice insurance defense firms. A major Big Law firm spotted her and she because a partner at Jackson Walker. Her dedication to preparation, organization and detail brought Linda to represent insureds in complex litigation cases in federal and state courts, litigating personal injury, medical malpractice, and other tort based and breach of contract claims. She has also represented various health care providers in administrative matters before their licensing boards. She has represented personal injury plaintiffs in civil litigation cases in state and federal court in general negligence, product liability and 18-wheel trucking cases.
Linda received her Bachelor in Criminal Justice from the University of South Florida in 1979, and her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in May 1986.
Linda is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
