Before joining Resnick & Louis, Marcos gained experience working as an associate attorney at a respected construction law firm, handling civil, commercial, and construction defect cases. This experience has given him a strong understanding of the legal complexities in construction disputes. Marcos has extensive expertise in construction defect defense litigation, consistently representing builders, developers, and contractors in complex legal disputes related to alleged construction flaws. His practice focuses on identifying potential liability issues, negotiating settlements, and vigorously defending clients in court against claims involving structural defects, water intrusion, faulty materials, and design errors.
Marcos, a Miami native, graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. He later earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in 2017. During law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law, demonstrating his dedication to legal research.
