Mary is the Managing Partner of the Houston office of Resnick & Louis P.C. She has a long impressive history of Third-Party Insurance Defense. Mary has represented insureds in complex litigation cases in federal and state courts, litigating breach of contract, construction defect, SIU, personal injury, medical malpractice, and other tort based and breach of contract claims. Mary has experience with environmental/pollution, specifically in landfills/solid waste by representing WCA/GFL in South East Texas. Mary has also represented domestic and foreign corporations and insurance companies in admiralty litigation cases in federal and state courts. She has represented personal injury plaintiffs in civil litigation cases in state and federal courts, primarily based on Jones Act and Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act. She has represented national retail, restaurant, and hospitality clients, as well as manufacturers, in a variety of diverse matters. Mary has experience representing insurance companies in defense of bad faith property damage claims, primarily before state courts in South Texas.
Mary received her Bachelor in Business Administration from James Madison University in December 1999 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in December 2006.
Mary is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
