Matthew Ford is a Partner in the Dallas office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. Matt began practicing law in Texas in 2011. He litigated plaintiff personal injury cases in Dallas, Texas, for several years before joining Liberty Mutual Insurance Company staff counsel where he was primarily assigned to handle personal and commercial market claims in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex and surrounding counties.
Matt’s extensive experience defending professionals and advising insurers in complex errors and omissions (E&O) matters, including claims involving attorneys, insurance brokers, and financial advisors. His proficiency handing complex E&O claims also includes malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and policy coverage issues. He is also skilled in managing coverage analysis, risk mitigation strategies, within high stakes litigation. Further, Matt’s practice chiefly involves serious personal injury or wrongful death cases involving industrial workplace accidents and interstate trucking/commercial and fleet transportation cases.
