Matthew Tesfai is a Partner in the Irvine office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and has extensive litigation experience in bodily injury defense, premises liability, and habitability defense. Matthew’s experience includes being employed by a major international insurance company as a Staff Counsel directly representing insureds.
Matthew has experience in handling the investigation and litigation of a wide range of General Liability matters where he has represented both small business and Fortune 500 companies. Matthew also developed for various firm clients seminars on how to increase defensibility of personal injury claims.
Prior to graduating from law school, Matthew was an Intern with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office and a Judicial Extern with the San Diego Superior Court where he helped judges rule on evidence suppression motions.
Matthew enjoys off roading in his Landcruiser and reading, Marcus Aurelius, Niccolo Machiavelli, and Sun Tzu being his favorite authors.
Matthew is licensed to practice law in the California.
