John “Parker” Kindley is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Southern California office, where he focuses his practice on complex civil litigation defense. He represents defendants in a wide range of high-exposure matters, including premises liability, products liability, transportation and trucking claims, construction defect, professional liability, toxic torts, lemon law, and other personal injury cases.
Parker has extensive experience managing substantial caseloads in both state and federal courts. He is experienced in various phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through expert discovery and trial preparation. Parker has drafted and argued dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment and oppositions thereto, as well as motions in limine and other pretrial filings. He has responded to hundreds of policy limit demands, prepared jury instructions, and handled multiple mediations in complex, high-value disputes. His practice reflects a strong focus on strategic case evaluation, exposure analysis, and efficient resolution of claims.
Prior to his current role, Parker practiced at a few prominent California defense firms, where he developed broad litigation experience across multiple practice areas. Earlier in his career, he gained plaintiff-side insight through personal injury work, drafting demand packages, complaints, discovery responses, and motions to compel, as well as conducting incident investigations. This dual perspective enhanced his ability to assess liability, damages, and litigation risk from both sides of a case.
Parker is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
