A Southern California native, Paul served in the United States Air Force (1980-1984). Paul received the Air Force Commendation Medal upon discharge. Having taught Negotiations at San Diego State University for 25 years, Paul brings a unique background to resolve complex legal matters efficiently. Admitted to practice in California, Paul has built a reputation as a litigator and negotiator who is always prepared to advocate for his clients inside and outside of the courtroom.
Outside of his professional life, Paul enjoys spending time golfing and attending his grandchildren’s sporting and social events.
