He has achieved favorable verdicts and results for casinos, nightclubs, hotels, group-homes, product manufacturers and distributors, pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, and insured drivers. He also has a business trial and litigation background, successfully representing clients in contract, professional lines, product liability, and securities fraud cases. He uses his knowledge and experience to mentor junior attorneys and ensure quality work product and representation throughout the firm. Randall additionally has SIU experience, with 27 years of handling such Nevada cases for various carriers. Randall also has experience in SIU Insurance Fraud Defense work, third party liability, medical liability, and automobile liability.
