Robert Spelger is an associate attorney in the Burbank office of Resnick & Louis, where he handles a variety of civil litigation matters for clients. With over 20 years of litigation experience, he represents clients in small business and contract disputes, habitability issues, bad faith, and personal injury cases. Throughout his career, Robert has appeared in federal district and county courts throughout California, including in Los Angeles, Nevada, Riverside, Sacramento, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, San Diego, Sutter, Ventura, Monterey and Tulare counties. Robert manages cases through the entire litigation process, including drafting and responding to complaints, conducting depositions, managing discovery, appearing in court, and preparing for trial.
Robert earned his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies in economics at Temple University. Robert is licensed to practice law in California and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
When not practicing law, Robert appreciates the outdoors, including surfing, bouldering, backcountry skiing / snowboarding, mountaineering, bicycling and motorcycling.
