Russell D. Rascati is an Associate in the Irvine office of Resnick & Louis P.C. Originally from Maine, Russell obtained a B.A. in history from the University of Southern Maine and his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school Russell worked as an intern with the San Diego Public Defenders Office. Previous experience also includes working as a consumer attorney litigating claims under the Song Beverly act and representing employers and insurance carriers in California’s Workers Compensation system.
In his spare time he enjoys fishing for striped bass, sailing, and spending time with his family.
Russell is licensed to practice law in the state of California, Central District of California, and Eastern District of California.
