Mark has represented domestic and international corporate and individual clients in complex litigation, including construction defects, commercial disputes, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, employment issues, commercial real estate, insurance issues, funding/financing, telecommunications and zoning issues. His areas of practice range from damages resulting from construction defects, personal injury (asbestos, wrongful death, class actions), contractual negotiation and bidding of construction projects, arbitration and litigation of employment and construction disputes, including wrongful hiring/discharge, EIFS, mold and mildew/water intrusion matters, and litigating corporate, commercial and telecommunication disputes, including, the zoning and permitting process. He has extensive first chair trial experience and has handled many cases reported in published opinions ranging from statutory employer/employee issues, to Sieracki seaman cases and disputes arising out of the public bid law.

Member: Dallas Bar Association, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas State Bar Associations; American Bar Association. Languages: English and Spanish (conversant). Mr. Senter is also active in community and civic affairs and has served on the Boards of the Hospice Community Foundation of New Orleans, the Lafitte Economic Development Corporation and the Small Business Services Committee, Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce.

Mark is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the Louisiana Supreme Court, all courts of Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas, and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. He has been admitted to practice by comity or pro hac vice and tried, mediated, and arbitrated cases in either Federal or State Courts in California, Washington, New Mexico, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky and Tennessee.
