Sergio has been practicing for more than 30 years in all aspects of litigation involving general liability, commercial and residential property, public entity defense, construction defects, automobile, and catastrophic injury cases. Sergio has advised and served as counsel to Construction, Real Estate, and Bio-research companies. He has provided defense for Developer-Builders such as The Martin Building Company in San Francisco. He has successfully tried cases to verdict California.
At Resnick & Louis, Sergio’s practice areas include personal injury, insurance defense, habitability defense, automobile accident defense, sexual abuse claims, UIM claims, and commercial and retail liability defense.
Sergio, in the past, has served as counsel to C.A.S.A., an advocate for neglected children and has worked with the Modest Means programs assisting low-income clients having family law disputes. Sergio is also bilingual in Spanish.
