Stephen Bonkowski is an Associate reporting to the Ontario office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and has wide-ranging experience in employment law, insurance defense, and business law. Stephen has significant experience in handling the investigation and litigation of employment law matters such as wage and hour violation claims, PAGA claims, non-compete agreements, and workplace harassment claims.
Stephen’s prior experience includes real estate law, transactional law, and wealth and estate planning. He has also served as an in-house counsel for a small business, as well as worked in small and mid-size firms focusing on water law, environmental law, and sports law.
Stephen enjoys rooting for all Bay Area sports teams, watching USC Football, traveling, golfing, and exercising. He is a member of the California Lawyers Association and is the Litigation Section Chair for the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
Stephen received his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University in 2015. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish in 2012. Stephen is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
