Steven has advised a diverse clientele, including individual subcontractors, general contractors, developers, Fortune 500 companies, and global insurance carriers. With over 30 years of experience, Steven has held leadership roles at boutique firms and served as both a Partner and Practice Group Leader at a national firm. He also managed an insurance carrier’s in-house legal department, gaining valuable insight into claims handling and litigation strategy. Committed to mentorship, Steven has participated in numerous training programs for legal professionals and worked with insurance carriers to develop best practices for outside counsel. Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and dogs. His interests include coaching youth sports, cooking, and mountain biking. A longtime thoroughbred enthusiast, he has bred and raced horses, an interest that led him to represent clients in the sport on a variety of legal and administrative matters.
