Before joining Resnick & Louis, Timothy worked as a litigation and trial attorney, focusing on personal injury, commercial litigation, and construction accident defense. His legal career includes extensive trial experience, representing clients in a wide variety of complex cases. Earlier in his career, Timothy held a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Arthur C. Dwyer, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Timothy earned his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law, graduating in the top third of his class. During his time there, he was the Managing Editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review and authored a notable publication on environmental law. He completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, Cook College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology.
